The UPS Store/Greg Russel Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students in the Elizabeth City State University Aviation Program, for an incoming freshman who had a 3.0 or better high school grade point average. Priority for awarding this scholarship will given to students who come from eastern North Carolina, which for this purposes of this award, is defined as anyone who lives in the area east of Interstate Highway 95. If they stay at the University for four consecutive years, they will be eligible to retain this scholarship throughout their time as a student (not to exceed four years). It can be used to defray any costs associated with their educational program at ECSU. This would include tuition, books and all other fees.
