Donna Congleton Watts Endowed Scholarship

More than one student may be eligible for this scholarship every year. This scholarship is awarded to students from Craven County with a minimum grade point average of 2.5. The scholarship recipients must major in on of the following areas – Education, Aviation, Science and Music Industry Studies, Only students enrolled at Elizabeth City State University and carrying a semester course load of a minimum of 12 credit hours are eligible for this scholarship,
