David G. Strickland Endowed Scholarship

First preference should be given to students from Newport News or any other city in Hampton Roads of Virginia.
• Second preference should be given to students majoring in Business Administration.
• Freshmen are eligible to receive this scholarship.
• Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours.
• Be a student in good standing at Elizabeth City State University.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
• This is a recurring scholarship"
