Henry D. Rhoulac Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship shall provide annual $500 scholarships to undergraduate students. The value of this award shall not exceed the equivalent cost of that academic year’s tuition and fees. Recipients shall have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Recipients should be actively participating in athletics. First preference shall be for residents of Bertie County, NC; second preference is Hampton, VA or York County, VA, with preference given to African Americans, matriculating at the University.
