Recipient must be a full-time student, enrolled in the minimum required hours for full-time status. • Freshmen are eligible to apply. • Recipient shall maintain a minimum 3.75 GPA. • Recipient shall be a member of the University Honors Program. • The scholarship is renewable through graduation provided the criteria are met. • Recipient shall be a student in good standing at Elizabeth City State University.
