Carl M. and Mary Ann W. Franklin Scholarship

This scholarship is available based on the following criteria: the recipient must be a legal resident of North Carolina; have a high school GPA of 2.5 or higher, be full time, have a minimum SAT score of 900 and maintain an overall GPA of 3.00 to continue eligibility. This is a need-based scholarship.
