Charlie H. and E. Louise Hughes Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is available based on the following criteria: Only students enrolled at ECSU and carrying a semester course load of a minimum of 12 credit hours are eligible for this scholarship. The recipient(s) will be awarded the scholarship provided they major in Elementary Education, have a GPA of at least 3.0 (ECSU freshmen recipients must have a high school GPA of at least 3.0) and is a North Carolina native. Continued funding will depend upon the student (s) maintaining at least 3.0 GPA on 12 or more semester hours each semester. This scholarship is renewable.
