Joyce and Justina Long Class of 1954 Legacy Room Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship shall provide for up to four (4) $500 scholarships per academic year as earnings allow. Recipients shall be in good academic standing as defined by ECSU. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall be graduates of Northeastern High School or Pasquotank High School in Elizabeth City, NC. If one or both schools cease to exist, recipient shall be graduates of a public high school in Pasquotank County, NC. Recipients shall be pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. This scholarship is renewable if the above criteria is met.
