James "JB" Hardy Endowed Scholarship

Recipient shall be a student in good standing at Elizabeth City State University. Recipient must be a full-time student, enrolled in the minimum required hours for full-time status. Recipient shall maintain a minimum 2.7 GPA. Preference shall be given to members of the Lambda Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Recipient shall demonstrate financial need as determined by the ECSU Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.
