Harper-Ebert Solidarity Endowed Scholarship
This scholarship is available to students who meet the following criteria: Recipient(s) must be full-time status to receive this award. Recipient(s) shall be in good academic standing as defined by ECSU. The value of this award shall not exceed the equivalent cost of that academic year’s tuition and fees. A student who is a recipient one year is eligible for consideration in any other year provided they continue to meet the selection criteria outlined in this Agreement. However, preference will be given to first-time applicants. Recipient will be a student who has overcome extreme hardship and/or poverty and has experience or intent to fight against social injustice, racism, or economic inequality. The recipient must be committed to earning a degree, but high grades are NOT required.
