Roman & Alberta Locke Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship shall provide annual scholarships to undergraduate students. The value of this award shall not exceed the equivalent cost of that academic year’s tuition and fees. Recipient shall be enrolled full-time, minimum high school GPA of 2.5, demonstrate financial need, major in the STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). The recipient must be from the state of Maryland, then out of state, then North Carolina. Award is renewable for up to 4 years provided all criteria are met.
