ECSU Retirees Association Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students who meet the following criteria: Students must be NC residents, new freshmen, enrolled in not less than 15 semester hours, per semester, have a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.00 and meet all ECSU entrance requirements.
