The Dreamer's Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is available to students who graduated from the "I Have A Dream Program in Richmond, Virginia. Only students who are permanent residents of the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia area are eligible for this award. Each recipient must also enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours at Elizabeth City State University.
