Emma Lize Masquil Endowed Scholarship

Recipient(s) shall: • Be a student in good standing at Elizabeth City State University. • Preference will be given to students majoring in Criminal Justice or a similar field of study. If a student majoring in Criminal Justice or a similar field of study cannot be identified, a student
meeting the remaining criteria can be considered. • Maintain a minimum 3.0 grade point average.• Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours.• Freshmen are eligible to receive this scholarship.• This is not a recurring scholarship. A new recipient should be selected each year.• Recipients shall demonstrate financial need as determined by the ECSU Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.
