David G. Strickland Endowed Scholarship

First preference should be given to students from Newport News or any other city in Hampton Roads of Virginia.
Second preference should be given to students majoring in Business Administration.
Freshmen are eligible to receive this scholarship.
Be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours.
Be a student in good standing at Elizabeth City State University.
Maintain a minimum 2.5 grade point average.
